yipppeeeee oc time

i'm super focused on hedera & cam right now as i'm writing a webnovel for them but i have other original characters over here.

i often draw these two in scenarios that aren't 100% canon but idgaffff theyre like barbie dolls to me when it comes to art. in my writing theyre much more consistent and their refs here match that the most.

also iykyk but hedera is a bit detached from aatw now. but you know what maybe theres some universe out there where the two hederas meet. cams harem

summary

A former conwoman with the ability to take on the appearances of the dead. Now a hired mercenary, even if her wallet may argue otherwise. She's currently living motel-to-motel with her coworker Hedera, something she resents, though the feeling is mutual.

personality

It's difficult to get Cam to be anything close to consistent in how she presents herself. She'll gladly shape herself to be the ideal person for you— whatever ideal that may be— if using you gets her closer to her own goals.

Hedera has long been immune to this type of manipulation, at least the more obvious forms of it that Cam layers on for others. Their status as coworkers requires some level of trust, after all.

The sardonic and hostile demeanor Cam displays around Hedera may be closest to her true personality, stripped of all other figments. For now, that's what she needs the other woman to believe.

summary

A mercenary taking just enough odd jobs to (hopefully) drive her way out of a dangerous mesa alive. She's agreed to take Cam with her on the promise that she'd temporarily change her appearance.

personality

Hedera is intimately aware of how she is perceived, how her build and snakes leave a certain impression on people. That has its uses, certainly in her line of work, but its a constant she could do without.

Compared to Cam, most aspects of Hederas life are out of her control; her job, appearance, debts and troubles have all clamped down on her like an iron vise. This can cause her to come off as detached, almost numb to her surroundings. Recently, with her new coworker pushing her buttons constantly, that numbness has turned to routine irritation. She's not sure if thats an improvement or not.
